3 boys every 2 years! I was a wreck when I started seeing Anna 2012. Anna’s coaching has improved the pain from my back injury and prepared me for my 3rd pregnancy. I was actually stronger while pregnant than when I wasn’t. Now, 3 months after birts, I am recovering very fast. Thank you Anna!

After 2 kids in 3 years time I needed the fast and safe workout. Pilates also gives me a maximumstrength I need to chase my toddlers, since we have no nannies. I am a mommy, but don’t need to look like one… does it make sense?

It took me by surprise, what result I got from Pilates. I start to lose some weight, my size is reducing, tone body and above of that, it gives me more energy to start my weekend. With a professional well trained personal trainer as well as variety of equipment and technique, give me nothing but pleasure during the exercise. I feel that 1 hour is not enough.

When I first tried Pilates, I didn’t know what it was. I immediately became addicted. It was like no other sport I tried before. Thanks to Anna and Reni who are great teachers, my body has changed. I am much stronger and focused in other sports as well. I love pilates and I love Annabe

It’s been an experience for me ever since I’ve joined pilates, it has a great effect for my posture, and my bones structure. I feel the difference in muscle and it has shown in my body especially on my arms and waist! V.good!! and painful! But love it!

Eloqueatly, I am free of mind-chattering. During the class, I am now able to empty myself and utterly be in presence. All the thoughts roaring in my head let up as I jazzed to my breath, listening only for the ‘chanting’ of Anna; ‘inhale’ ‘exhale’, ‘relax your shoulder’, ‘hold your tummy’, ‘good’ –in that order  My body became stronger and my mind became calmer. I started leaving for work earlier to make it to pilates classes, dispersing my workaholic ways in the name of chasing my bliss.

Dengan Anna, otot saya nggak bias bohong, karena Anna pasti tau pas otot saya pura2 kerja. Yang pasti, saya jadi jauh lebih “physiologically aware”. I know when things are not so well with my body – normally it’s because of bad posturing.

Feelin tall! Feeling tall! Feel your spine.. Got it now Should be in a contest, waistline reduced by ….cm, etc.. Definitely good basic exercise for any sports you wish to perform later on. Good facility, Good instructor. Thanks Anna, definitely helpful & effective to get exercise customized & fit for your need… Great that you can make it fun to a non-sport-addict like me!!!

I feel I walk different, move different, feel different – great It took me 47 years to finally come across Pilates and try it out. Annabe is the best Annabe is the best!! I’ve been pracatising pilates for a few years and at various studios but I’ve never been as aware of my body as I am right now. And I love how she varies the exercises everytime we meet.
